These terms govern your use of ppclift.com and the ppclift application ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

ppclift searches publicly available data about local businesses and analyzes the public websites of those businesses for on-page SEO characteristics, in order to help users identify potential leads for web design and SEO services.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• Access may be invite-only at the administrator's discretion; the administrator may create, suspend, or delete accounts.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, including data protection, anti-spam, or consumer protection law;
• Harass, defraud, or send unsolicited commercial communications to the businesses identified through the Service in a manner that breaches applicable law;
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service itself (as distinct from the lead data it produces for your own use).

Outreach to businesses identified via ppclift remains your responsibility, including compliance with any applicable telemarketing, email marketing, or data protection laws in your jurisdiction. This applies equally to any contact email address the Service discovers for you and to any outreach message drafted using the Service's email-draft feature: ppclift provides these purely as a convenience and does not send messages on your behalf, review their content, or verify recipient consent. You are solely responsible for ensuring any outreach you send complies with applicable anti-spam and marketing laws (such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR/PECR) in the recipient's jurisdiction.

4. Data accuracy

Business information (names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, discovered contact email addresses, and SEO audit results) is sourced from third-party map data and automated website analysis. It is provided "as is" and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate - including contact email addresses, which are found by automated scanning and are not verified as belonging to, or currently monitored by, the business. Lead status and notes are entered by your own team and ppclift makes no representation as to their accuracy. You should independently verify any information before relying on it commercially.

5. Plans and billing

• The Service offers a Free plan and one or more paid plans with higher usage limits, as described on the Pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from the Billing screen; access to paid-plan limits continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Plan limits, pricing, and features may change; material changes will be reflected on the Pricing page.

6. Weekly digest emails

Pro-plan users may subscribe individual saved searches to a weekly digest email summarizing newly-found leads. Subscribing is opt-in and per search; you can unsubscribe at any time from the Billing screen, and no digest emails are sent unless you have actively subscribed.

7. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertising (e.g. Google AdSense) to users on the Free plan. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its branding are the property of ppclift's operator. You retain no rights in the underlying software; you may use exported search results (CSV/PDF) for your own business purposes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ppclift's operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on business data or SEO audit results.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
