Find local businesses with weak on-page SEO. Worst scores first - those are your leads.

Enter a city, a radius in km, and a category (or type your own custom category). ppclift combines OpenStreetMap and, where configured, Google Places to find real local businesses in that area - usually within a few seconds for a cached area, or a minute or so for a brand-new one.
Audited businesses have a website and a score out of 100 - lower means weaker on-page SEO, and the list is always sorted worst-first, since those are your best leads. Each score is broken down into specific issues (missing title tags, no mobile viewport, thin content, and so on). No website listed businesses are the easiest pitch of all. More websites holds anything past your plan's per-search audit limit.
Every lead has a status dropdown (New, Contacted, Replied, Not Interested, Do Not Contact) and a Note button. Status and notes are private to your account by default. Pro users can invite specific teammates as collaborators from the Account screen - once added, you both see and edit the exact same lead statuses and notes, so nobody accidentally re-pitches a business the other already reached out to.
When enabled, ppclift scans a business's own website for a listed contact email. Once found, a "Draft email" button appears that fills in a ready-to-edit message using that business's name, website, and specific SEO issues - copy it or open it directly in your email app.
Export CSV for your own CRM or spreadsheet, or a polished PDF report with screenshots. Both include contact emails and lead status, and both automatically leave out anything marked Do Not Contact.
Subscribe any search to a weekly digest from the "Notify me weekly" button under its results, and you'll get emailed automatically when new leads show up - no need to re-run the same search yourself. Manage active subscriptions from the Account screen.
Every search you run is saved to History and reopens instantly - no need to re-run it. The business/audit results themselves are shared across everyone for up to 7 days to save time and API costs, so if someone already searched the same area, you'll see their results instantly rather than repeating the work - but the lead status and notes you see layered on top are always your own (or your shared workspace's, if you're collaborating with a Pro teammate).
The Free plan covers a limited number of searches per day with smaller per-search limits. Pro removes the daily cap and raises audit, lookup, email-discovery, and digest limits. Manage or cancel your plan any time from the Account screen.
To save time and API costs, identical searches (same area, radius, and category) are reused for 7 days across everyone using ppclift. The cached badge shows exactly when it was originally run. Paid-plan users and admins can force a completely fresh search with the Refresh button.
It only appears once a contact email has actually been found for that specific business. Email discovery has its own per-search limit (separate from the audit and Google-lookup limits) which your administrator controls, and it only runs on fresh, uncached searches - reopening an old cached result won't retroactively discover new emails.
New - not yet actioned. Contacted - you've reached out. Replied - they got back to you. Not Interested - they declined. Do Not Contact - never pitch this business again; it's automatically excluded from exports. These are private to your account unless you're collaborating in a shared Pro workspace.
Pro users can add specific existing ppclift accounts as collaborators from the Account screen. Once added, that person fully joins your lead workspace - same statuses, same notes, same "who's already been contacted" view - until either of you removes the connection. It's opt-in and only with people you've specifically chosen, not shared with every ppclift user.
No - it's found by automatically scanning the business's own public website, the same way you would by hand. It's usually accurate but can occasionally be outdated, a generic inbox, or belong to a third-party widget on the page. Always sanity-check before sending anything important.
Yes. Searches, lead status, and notes are shared across everyone on your ppclift account by design, so your team never duplicates outreach effort or contacts the same business twice.
At most once a week per subscribed search, and only when genuinely new businesses have appeared since the last digest - an unchanged search won't generate an email just to say nothing changed.
Head to the Account screen - you'll see your current plan, all available plans, and a Cancel button if you're on a paid plan. Cancelling keeps your paid-plan limits until the end of the current billing period, then reverts you to Free.
No. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal - ppclift only ever receives a subscription ID and status, never your card or bank details.
Shown in the search form's Category dropdown. Built-in categories query OpenStreetMap directly; categories you add here are Google Places-only (a Places API key must be configured) but otherwise work exactly the same.
PayPal plans are created in your PayPal dashboard (Products & Plans) - paste the resulting Plan ID here so ppclift can verify subscriptions against it.
Each theme automatically switches between its light and dark palette based on the visitor's OS setting - nothing for visitors to toggle.
Live snapshot of the VPS ppclift runs on - useful for telling whether a slowdown is a resource limit or something else.
Calls actually made to external services - cached search reuse doesn't add to these.
Estimated from local plan records (active plan × price) - not reconciled against PayPal's ledger. Check PayPal directly for actual settled revenue.
ppclift doesn't pull live ad revenue - that requires a separate Google AdSense API integration. This just shows whether ads are configured.
Addresses that hard-bounced or filed a spam complaint (via the SES SNS webhook, configured in Settings) - future sends to these are skipped automatically.
